  Watson lake and willow creek resevoir are just outside of prescott. My FI and kayak regularly....this would be such a cute idea for us if were eloping. good luck!

   I think having it on like a small sandbar or island would be eaiser than in a canoe that is moving! I love the idea though! I used to want to get married in a submarine, but it just wouldn't work out for me. I live in Missouri and there is a place called Bridal Cave here and its SO GORGEOUS! Its a cave that natrually formed to look like teh sancutary of a chuch, if we were more outdoorsy I would absolutely have that place booked, how unique
