Is my response card worded ok?

I was trying to keep it simple! I will stamp the right hand side with the same floral stamp I am using on my invites.

It reads

KINDLY RESPOND BY THE TWENTY SIXTH OF AUGUST

M_________________________
____ NUMBER ATTENDING
____ REGRETFULLY DECLINE
