How much will this cost?

I'm trying to get an idea of what I should expect to pay for flowers.

Bride bouquet
Five bridesmaid bouquets
Six boutonnieres
Two mother corsages
Loose petals for two flower girls
Minimal ceremony decorations, NO reception decorations or centerpieces

My wedding is next Auguest in Uniontown, PA, about an hour from Pittsburgh. I haven't thought yet about the specific kinds of flowers I want, but I won't want anything incredibly exotic or out of season. If I use a local florist (as opposed to Sam's Club or Costco or something), approximately how much will this cost? I know there are more factors that will affect the price; I'm honestly just looking for a general ballpark to assist in planning my overall budget.

    It's hard to say since flower prices really vary by location. I would post this on your local board like PP said. But, here's what it would cost in my area (Ann Arbor, MI) for mid-priced flowers, medium-sized arrangements:

    Bride bouquet- $150
    Five bridesmaid bouquets- $250
    Six boutonnieres- $50-60
    Two mother corsages- $20-30
    Loose petals for two flower girls- $10-15
    Minimal ceremony decorations, NO reception decorations or centerpieces- $80-100 (2 larger arrangements).

    If price is a factor, I would keep the more expensive flowers for your bouquet and the groom's boutonierre. You can always you less expensive flowers for everyone else (alstroemeriea, daisies, spray roses instead of full-sized, etc.) or only use a stem or two of a more expensive flower for the BM bouquets. A single expensive flower with exotic greenery can have more impact than a mixed bouquet a lot of times. HTH!

    Erica -- I have almost the exact same flower order as you. the only difference is i'm using flower petals for centerpieces, so there are more of them. My total was about $620 with the delivery charge. i'm sure it's different based on your type of flowers but that's what mine worked out to be. HTH.
