  It think that the norm is 6-8 weeks before the ceremony.

  We got ours done at Savvi Formalware and their deadline is a month before the wedding.

  If you go with Men's Warehouse the groom gets a free tux and the wedding party can be fitted at any MW nation wide. We were very happy with them.
