How was everyone's weekend?
We're on day 16 of p90x and still going strong. Saturday was arms and shoulders, yesterday was plyo, and today is another weight day. I can't wait to get to next week because the routine changes up a bit from the first three weeks.
FI is getting a little anxious from the lack of running, so I think he may switch to doubles on week five, or might just run over the rest week. I'm just trying to figure out how on earth I'm going to get enough calories into him to keep him going through those days.
Eating wasn't 100% great, but not too terrible. I went over my calories but made some decent choices when I did, so the scale is back to where it was on Friday. I can really actually see myself slimming down, though, which is awesome.
Weekend was pretty uneventful. We picked up our envelopes from the calligrapher, and went to the beach for a bit. I also made a low-cal, low-fat, low-sodium fajita recipe in the crockpot that turned out wonderfully. Yum!
