Bridesmaid Gifts

I am givng my bp jewelry as their gift and as alittle something extra I would like to give them a picture of us.  My bridal shower is 2 weeks before the wedding so I am planning on having my niece take pictures of me with each of the girls as well as a group shot of us.  I was going to give each girl the picture of the two of us and the group shot in a nice frame.  Does this sound good or cheesy?

    I think that the photos are a cute idea. I guess the presentation (type of frame, etc) could make it end up cheesy or not. I personally would avoid those frames with cheesy sayings or words on them. Is the jewelry you're giving them something that you want them to wear in the wedding? If so, I'd consider it more a prop than a gift.

    My budget is small which is why I am using the jewelry as a gift too.

    If the jewelry is for the wedding it is not a thank you gift, it is part of their wedding outfit.  That would mean you are choosing jewelry that you want them to wear for your wedding to match the dress that you approved and calling it a thank you.

    The jewelry is really cute...my mom got it at a shop in disney.  it is Cinderella's slipper in a light and dark blue.  My cousin did this for her wedding

    Since you're also doing the photos, I wouldn't worry about whether the jewelry actually counts as a gift or not. Perhaps wrap the frames and use the jewelry as a gift topper or something. You're obviously putting thought into something for your BMs and doing what you can afford - no one should ask for or expect anything more :)
