too many photo booths for me....giving up 1 for $599

Hello all,
   I contracted a photo booth and put down a deposit and my sister bought me a groupon for one as a wedding present.  I talked to the owner of my contract and he says they will let me out of my deposit if someone takes over the contract.  He is currently running a special for $599 until 3/25. Regularly costs $699 otherwise.  I already paid the deposit of $125 and am willing to take $100 obo if need to.

    1) Which company is this for?

    2) I am confused on your "I already paid the deposit of $125 and am willing to take $100 obo..." since earlier in your post you mention that he is letting you out of your deposit. Are you meaning to say that you'll chip in $25 for the new person's deposit?

    It is for Snapz photo booths.  Their website is www.snapzsnapz.com. Basically, I want to get out of the contract and he won't let me until there is another person.  I already paid $125 deposit and am willing to lose $25 of it since I don't need 2 photo booths for the same day.  His pictures are larger than your normal sized photo booth pictures and he does B&W, color, or sepia.  He said his packages usually run up to $1000 at other places.  If you want the $599 special, it ends after Saturday.....
