  Washington Diamond. They're awesome. My engagement ring is from there and they made my band to custom match it. They're in Falls Church

  I recommend a stroll in the Torpedo Factory in Old Town Alexandria.  There are several artisans who have amazing wedding jewelry collections.  Good luck!

  2) Helzberg Jewelers (many locations): http://www.helzberg.com/home.do

  
  

  Protea is a small company and you will meet with the owner. Hours are limited and you must make an appointment, but customer service is awesome and they have a great selection. FI got my e-ring and his band there. 

  
  

  Helzberg is a larger company, but I had a great experience with them. They have a huge selection, customer service was excellent, and pricing was great, as well.
