Men's Wearhouse? Tuxes for the guys?

Anyone else used them or going to use them?  Good/Bad?  Are they pricey?  I've got a whole stack of coupons I've gotten from bridal shows or DB for 30-40$ off each tux if they get some "whole" package and then the groom's free.  But of course there's no pricing on their website.  I'm going in sometime this week I just wanted to have an idea in my head. 

Are there even other options for tuxes?  Our guys are all in NJ (2 near Seaside, 2 near New Brunswick) and the groom is near Philly but near Seaside/Toms River often so I thought Men's Wearhouse might just be easiest.

I really don't want to ask the guys to spend more than 150$ tops.

    Personally, I would avoid Men's Warehouse. FI got his tux there for his friend's wedding and had a bunch of issues (they took his gift card with a remaining balance on it, the pants were too long on one leg and they weren't going to fix them, they lost his cufflinks, etc). All of the other groomsmen in the wedding had issues as well (and they are all over the state).
    My friend used them for her wedding last year, and most of the groomsmen had issues as well.
    We have the same problem though.. groomsmen are all over the place, so we need a "chain" type of place.. two of the guys are down the shore, etc. I know you can use a local place and just have the guys get measured and call in to order their tuxes/leave the deposit.. however, someone would still need to pick them up before the wedding.. and then they wouldn't be able to try them on before taking them home, which I'm leary of. We were thinking about Jos. A.Bank.. they recently started doing tux rentals, but I haven't been able to find alot of info about them yet.

    I think we are going to go with the Men's part of Hollywood Bridal (Hollywood Tuxes). Everyone on FI side is local, so there was no need to go with a large chain.

    Every wedding my FI has been in they always screw up I would never recommend them.

    We had no problems with them at all, we loved MW. We needed it too because everyone lives all over the country.  We set up an account and then everyone went to get measured at their own, they put the info in the computer and we picked up the tuxes before the wedding. Everyone tried them on at the Rehearsal dinner, no problems. My husband got a free upgraded tux, and frankly at that point with expenses we needed something free Cool

    huh.  Ok, some not so great reviews on MW and some okay. I didn't even think about jos a. bank, they're around nj/pa so that could work. There is one nearby me, I wonder if I just stop in and show them what I'm looking for if they'll give me a price estimate.

    I think which store you go to may also play a part in customer service being bad or good....

    We used the MW on Route 17 in Paramus for our wedding and had no problems at all.   One guys pants were slightly too long and the fixed it no problems.  My husband also got a tux there for a wedding he was in just before ours and had no problems that time either.   Their prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

    We are using Hollywood Tuxedos as well.  We have the guys coming from all over the country, but they are about 30 minutes from the hotel and they will be able to pick it up before they check into the hotel and then if there are problems they will fix them right there instead of having to come back the next day such as Mens Wearhouse does

    that wasn't really the case, because between FI's friend's wedding and my friend's wedding, at least 5 or 6 different locations were used and they ALL experienced problems. While there may be good experiences here and there, I think the bad ones definitely outweigh the good ones....
    I've heard some good things about Dante Tuxedos also.. we might check them out too.

    Ditto all of the ones in NJ and one that he was in in Chicago was terrible as well.  We are going to look into Cosi In Westfield and Hollywood Bridals Tuxedo.
