  My godmother works for the Limited. She has been with a few brands of theirs over the years. Is all I know is that she does not have a degree and is a Director of somesort. She travels a lot and makes decent money I believe.

  Is your position with Limited Brands or The Limited?  They are seperate and people often confuse them.  The Limited broke off from Limited Brands awhile ago.
  
  Limited Brands is a great company to work for, but you have to be willing to work long hours and in a fast paced environment.  Friends of mine who have worked there say they somtimes worked 50-60 hours a week, but is on a salary for only 40 hours a week with no over time.  Since she has left the company, her old co-workers have told her that Management is working on the whole "work-life-balance" issue and things are starting to improve.  They pay well, you just have to be willing to work hard and your career definitely comes first.  She worked in their finance department and then in their marketing department and she said both departments had a very "Go Go Go" attitude. 
  
  I've heard that The Limited is a little more relaxed and better with the work-life-balance....both companies pay well.  Working in the call center could be a different experience though. And of course, your experience could be completely different than hers!
