We're doing a candy buffet instead. We LOVE candy, especially movie theater candy. So, it is something that is "us,"  but the guests can get some candy to take home. That's the only kind of "favor" I'd do--an edible. Any other favor will most likely get left behind or thrown away. Sad but true.

We're donating the money we would have spent on favors to charity. There isn't really a favor I like or want to do so donation is the way to go.

Favors are not required, so you don't have to do them at all if you don't want to. I am sure people won't really even notice.

Just skip it.  The only person who really cares about favors is the bride, so if you've got a better use for the money, put it there.
