  It's a lot but seems about right . . . I guess.  We get to bring our own into the venue and then our caterer provides a bartender and bar back so we're saving money on the liquor portion of the tab.  That's probably the ONLY thing we're saving money on!!  But at least we're not having to sacrifice on the liquor - that was important to us.

  And this is why we're doing a full open bar. It's amazing how much people can drink and I do not want to have to worry about it.

  According to that we'd need 10 half barrels. Luckily my venue package includes unlimited beer with the plate price! My mom's wedding they went through 10 half barrels and that was 10 yrs ago. I think I have a family of a bunch of lushes!

  ... man, I'm glad Tyler's family is Southern Baptist. Throw a couple of bottles of wine, a couple six packs of Blue Moon and a six pack of hard cider on a table to cover my parents and some of our friends and then call it a damn day.
