Alright, so I am just doing this for the whole weekend because things slow down here on the weekends.... lol
How was everyone's weekend? Stick to your good eating habits? Workout?
FI and I ate great this weekend, back onto our salad addiction so meals are usually fish or chicken with a fresh salad on the side lol Had the GREATEST dinner tonight - marinated salmon fillets with a salad that contained mixed greens, cranberries, walnuts, apples and a raspberry dressing.
Took yesterday off working out. Today we went to the gym and the treadmill and I were close friends again - Day 3 of Week 1 of C25K. Going great thus far! Onto week 2 next
