Wholesale Wedding Flowers

Hi Ladies.

I am wanting to do my own flowers for the wedding and reception, I was wondering if any of you have used a wholesale florist in the Twin Cities area or know of any that you would recommend. It would be for next March.

Costco & Sam's Club both have really great deals on wholesale flowers and special wedding packages. They'd be worth a look :-)

I did the flowers for my brother's wedding and ordered them from Market Flowers in Minneapolis (http://marketflowersmpls.com). They were great to work with and very reasonable.

I know a handful of people that have gone to the farmer's market for their flowers. I wouldn't do that if you're going to be really picky about the flowers, though.

We also used Market Flowers - helpful, affordable and fun! You can make everything the day before and they will keep in their large coolers until you pick up.

We used the Farmers market. Went down the week before and checked out the flowers, they even let me put in order in and everything was ready and prefect for me to pick up the following week! Saved a ton of money, even compaired to what costco and sams was charging. We used Peterson Flowers. Not sure if they do wholesale in the winter months but worth it to check it out. I paid $5 -$10 for a 10 stem bunch.
