Re: vegas!

  • we went to to Bodies exhibit and a burlesque show while we were there. we got the half priced tickets from the "tix 4 tonight" booths.
if you like plants, the atrium at the Bellagio can be fun (it almost killed dh though- well not really- but he had a severe allergic reaction)

  • Been there a few time, go see a show. Zumantiy's is Great, but naughty. Bally's Jubibliy (how ever you spell it is good) but also topless.  Looking for more G rated things? There is an aquarium ay Mandalay Bay. The New York New York ride. Stuff Like that. Also you can go down to Freemont Street to see the lazer light show.
Visit The Nest! Visit The Nest!
  • I just got back from Vegas a month ago and use to live their:) The shoes are great. I hear that the LOVE show is really good. But if you don't want to spend a ton of many there are some free things as well. If you walk down the strip at night you can catch the show outside T.I  and then the Volcano at Mirage and of course the water show at the Bellagio.

The light show on fremont is a must if you haven't seen it before and drinks are half price down their, so I usually get a little tipsy on Fremont first. Not sure if you plan on driving on the strip or walking. The bus is super easy and cheap, you can buy a 24 hour pass and it takes you all the way down the strip.

If you have any questions for sure ask!
  • Well I live here, so...

What hotel are you staying at?  Do you have a rental car, or are you taking taxis everywhere?

My fav shows are Blue Man Group and Lion King, but you can't go wrong with Cirque shows.

The buffet at Cosmopolitan is amazing.  They serve lots of little dishes, instead of having to spoon everything onto your plate.  Heck, just walking around Cosmopolitan is a must.  And have a drink in their chandelier bar.  That'll be the bar inside the two-story chandelier.

The mall Town Square, a little south of Mandalay Bay, is nice.  Fashion Show Mall puts on fashion shows with a runway that raises up from the ground.

Definitely Bellagio fountains and conservatory and the chocolate fountain at their sweet shop.

Downtown/Freemont Street area is a must, and a completely different experience.  There's a bar there called Insert Coins which is a 21+ arcade.

A couple miles off-Strip is Pinball Hall of Fame.  All the games are playable and only 25-75 cents each.

    Is that enough?  More?  :)
