Men's Wearhouse or Sacinos?

We're trying to decide where to get our tuxes.  There's only a couple dollars difference between the two. 

There's a Men's Wearhouse everywhere our guys are, but there's no Sacinos there.  Sacinos seems to have better customer service.  I've heard some bad reviews about Men's Wearhouse.

So, who would you go with?

    We decided to switch to Sacino's. The customer service there was amazing. I told the guy the colors I am using and he immediately showed me exactly what I wanted. They are definately better when it comes to cuistomer service. Plus FI used to use them for tux rentals and he has never had any issues like I have heard about with men's wearhouse.

    Men's Wearhouse is kind of like David's Bridal each location is different. I can't imagine better service then what we get at the Mens Wearhouse here in Pensacola, but have heard of other locations being problematic. So unfortunately depending on where your groomsmen are it's a gamble.

    That probably doesn't help much unless your groomsmen live here.  ; )

    I answered you on the nest...but exactly what AK_Sue said. We have GM all over the place so I wanted to do MW. Jax MW in the Town Center has been awesome. The Tally MW has been a bit of a pain. The Sanford MW was great to my step-dad. I'm hoping our S.Cal GM and our Oregon GM have experiences similiar to that of the MW here in Jax.

    I'm mostly concerned with the Tally Menswear House because the tuxes will be coming here and 3 out of 5 of the guys will be ordering here.

    If the Tal MW makes you nervous I would just go w/Sacino's. It won't be that much of an inconvenience for the guys that aren't in Tallahassee and it will probably put your mind at ease. It seems that the consensus is that most people have had some sort of problem w/the Tallahassee MW. In the end, customer service and competence is what will matter most.

    CL -- That's what I was thinking.  We most likely will go with Sacinos.  I just wanted to make sure that no one has had a bad experience with them.
