Hey ladies.  FI and I are on the hunt for a great photog.  After looking at about 50 photography websites (no joke), we have finally found one who fits our budget and both FI and I like (at this point, a small miracle).

I found him off the knot's list of local vendors, but I was wondering if anyone on the boards has experience with Robert Meyer Photography.  Any reviews would be appreciated if anyone has them.

    I was looking at him as well, i'm curious what others have to same about him as well. His price seems very fair! and his pictures look good!
    Its definately hard to find a photographer! eeek!

    We have him booked for our July 23rd wedding.  I loved him after meeting with him - very professional yet laid back and relaxed.  We booked him based on a recommendation from a relative in FI's family. I'll be able to give you an update in a few weeks!

    He also said that besides correcting color they do not edit the photos much themselves - probably why the prices are a little cheaper.  This is what we were looking for, (I hate when pictures look too fake), but if you want heavily edited pictures just something to keep in mind.

    Actually, that was part of the reason FI and I liked him so much.  FI is way too anal about photoshopping jobs.  Half of the photogs we looked at "They can't even photoshop well.  We're not paying for that."  So it was really nice that he doesn't overly edit his photos.

    Although... I think he may be booked on my date.  :(  So it's back to square 1.
