A lot of the posters on here seem to be brides with a big weight-loss goal (30-50 lbs.). I admire these ladies for the work they're putting in and the successes they achieve. But my goal is much smaller - when I got engaged in August, I weighed 132 lbs. I'm now down to 128, but I'd like to get to 120 for my September 2012 wedding. Any advice on how to get those last few pounds whittled away, and staying slim? I have an active lifestyle and try to do bodyrock.tv exercises several times per week, but I think I need an extra boost. Thanks in advance!
