I'm about to book my videographer. What questions do I need to ask?

So far I got:
Turnaround time?
In Case of Emergency and you cannot make it, will you send a back up?
Refunds/policies in case of dire circumstances such as ...dog ate the camera?

What else y'all??

    Thanks Tash! That helped! I pretty much answered all Peachys questions as I went through them ....the videographer answered most is those on his site already...

    Not sure what Peachy said, but ask if you get a highlights video. Make sure he works along side of the photographer and doesn't get in the way of the photographer.....you know why I say this!!! LOL...my videographer was all up in my pro pics!!!!

    Do you have an assistant?
    Do you use manned cameras or stationary? (Basically a manned camera has someone with the camera, instead of puting the camera stationary in the balcony for example)
