Custom Cake Topper

My fiance came up with an idea for our cake topper, but i don't know where we would go to have someone make it for us. Anyone know where?

    I would look on etsy.com.  They used to have alchemy, where you could say what you were looking for and try to find someone to make it, but I don't think they have it anymore.  I would search for cake toppers to find sellers that make cake toppers, see if there is anything similar (style, design, materials) to what you'd like, and convo the seller to see if they can do something custom for you.

    if there are any bakeries that do custome cake or culinary schools (with pastry programs) I would start there. As a cake decorator I make figurines out of gumpaste all the time. If you dont know what gumpaste is, its an edible sugar dough kind of like clay and it dries rock hard.
