*Recommend a Weight Loss Blog Here (or your blog , a website, whatever)*

i thought this might be fun since so many people have such great blogs and regularly follow some that really could help other ladies to find their motivation boost, give hope, or even are just a good read.  Feel free to promo your own weight loss journey blog here if you like.

(Advertising if frowned upon here so please do not post links to any blogs that are vendor sites.  If you post a link to an obvious sales pitch, I will have to delete your post)

My favorite weight loss blogs:

*Runs for Cookies - She lost 125 lbs in 16 months
*Hold the Fries -  A knottie sweetheart changing her life and kicking butt
*Can You Stay for Dinner? - Lost 125lbs and maintained 5 years.  Recipes!

My blog:

Kick Me I Am Fat

If you don't yet have a blog and have been interested in having one, there are lots of great sites that will let you start a free one.  Sometimes it's just nice to have a bit of an online diary to log your experiences to look back upon later.

  • Hey Anna!  I just checked out your Blog.  I'm new to all of this online sharing and couldn't post to your blog because I did not have any of the proper profiles set up... I wanted to make a suggestion on a way to celebrate your 50lb victory (congrats by the way!)..Dance Class!  I tried Belly Dancing a few years back and found it very relaxing and fun.  I think I will try Salsa next.

<div>That's not a bad idea!  I've postponed the 50lb party in favor of a "Goodbye 200lbs..Hello 100lbs" celebration since I couldn't think of anything truly fun and exciting enough.  I'm almost there. I think I'll be there by Mother's Day.  I DO love to dance.  I'm going to look up local studios.  Thanks for the idea!</div>
  • I have been using the ThermoFit and Ultimate Body Wrap products and I LOVE the results.  The products are all natural, botanical based so I don't feel the gitters or anything like I have in other products I have tried in the past.  The wrap has decreased my cellulite and really motivated me to keep going and I have lost almost 10 pounds so far!!

You can check out all the details HERE

  • I absolutely love the Gracious Pantry!

She is a clean eater on a weight loss journey.  I am passionate about eating as clean as possible when possible.  She posts amazing recipes!  And links.  ANd videos.  And knowledge.

I also have a blog.  The link is in my sig.  It's not a very fancy blog.  But, it's my blog.  :)

  • Hi, all!

I recently found out that the term "calisthenics" is actually Greek for "beautiful strength." I thought that was so neat, and since I am a certified trainer, a fitness consultant, and fitness and nutrition writer/editor, I decided to start up my own blog, called http://www.Beautiful-Strength.com. I'm only a few weeks into posting, but there's already some good content on there that I think y'all will enjoy, including nutrition advice, workout plans, and reviews on athletic wear, and much much more to come!

Hope to see you all there!!

    Cheers,
    Christine

I pretty much started a blog about accountability (it's generally about getting healthy so we can increase our chances of having a baby and going green in general). It's called Let's Call It Crispy.
