  I used Pam Jensen from the four seasons for hair & makeup. I am not sure she would be available last minute but you could call the orchid salon where she works and ask her. For nails, I would just go to an inexpensive nail salon and then maybe call the ritz carlton salon or the Kapalua spa which is near merrimans and ask if they have someone who can do hair & makeup. The westin & hyatt are in kanapali and they have spas also so could be a place to check.

  I had my nails done before we left with gel polish the Tuesday before our Saturday wedding, I had full intentions of getting them done in Maui before the wedding, but they still looked good, so I skipped that step.  But I did use google to find a few inexpensive nail salons in the area.
  
  I used Cherie with Karine Cummings for hair and make up.  Karine is probably booked at this point but she may have other suggestions.  They will travel to you, were reasonably priced, and did good work.

  I am using Shelly at Mariah's Mane.  http://www.mariahsmane.com/ She may be able to fit you in and she is super to talk to. 

  As far as nails. I keep weighing this too. I have a nail place at home that I like and they usually last me two weeks and that is without gel. I am thinking the night before we fly out having them done with gel or shellac. It would be 4 days before so they should still look good and if they don't then I will stop in somewhere.
