HAIR and makeup

 I am looking to hire hair / makeup people for our August 28th wedding. We still need HAIR for 8 and makeup for 3.  Anyone have good solid recommendations for us.  Venue is a hotel in New York City.

    Sorry to hop in on this, i am looking for hair people.  I have a sunday wedding and ran into a problem with the salon being closed that day :(.  I am using my friend who is a make-up artist for make-up though so that part is done.

    For makeup I'm using Sally Duvall.  My hair person is in NJ...so I'm not sure if that is much help.

    Loved my stylist - she does hair and make-up and if needed, she can bring an assistant.  JoAnn Robertson - www.goglambeauty.com. I loved everything and she listened to what I wanted and made suggestions I was free to take or leave.  Got nothing but compliments and it lasted all day.  She does both regular and airbrush make up, and all styles (up, down, etc.) and all hair types.

    Hi, I am getting married on 8/22 and I am using Sachiko Yanase. Her website is http://sachikohairmake.com/. Her prices are listed on the website. She definitely travels since my wedding is out in Staten Island. I already had my trial with her which took about 2.5 -3  hours. She does both regular and airbrush makeup. Also, did my hair in 3 different styles of an updo bun that I can decide to use on our wedding day. She is super nice and very easy to work with. My bridesmaid came with me that day and we both are looking forward to seeing Sachiko again in less than 44 days! PM me if you need additional information.

    Tricia Catenaro for makeup (and now she also does hair, if Stacy's not available).  Tricia has a whole team which might be best for your big party - www.tenhairandmakeup.com
