Can any of you recommend a tailor for BM dress alterations in DC? I'm in my friend's wedding next month (in Nebraska); I don't want to spend a TON on alterations, because I know I'll never wear the dress again. I live in DC (on the Hill) and don't have a car, so something close/Metro accessible would be best
