I'm making pasta w/ spinach, garlic and chicken breast. We've had salad the past two nights because its been so warm and I have wanted cold food, and FI told me this morning he would like to use a knife today. Jerk...

have you ever used the Knor or Swanson chicken stock/flavor packs?? they are fantastic. I love using them when I make pasta with veggies, it adds a whole new dimension to the dish

No, I haven't. I'm usually afraid that they have a ton of sodium, and not that I have heart issues I'm just always used to cooking with a lot of salt. I do usually throw in a splash of low sodium chicken broth though, plus some starchy pasta water to make a sauce.

We are having cheese burgers, sausages(Just FI, I hate them!), pasta salad and regular salad. It's so nice out so we will be grilling outside tonight.

We have a bag of salad mix from Trader Joes-baby spinach, cranberries, pecans, and gorgonzola. We usually baked some chicken to throw on top. Lazy dinner for us tonight.

I had this last night! Except I sauteed the pork chops with a chopped up apple & onion - yum!!
