Rehearsal Dinner in West Orange--need help

Hi All-

So I'm trying to look for a place in West Orange to do a rehearsal dinner on the Saturday night before my Sunday wedding. I need some place that can do either a vegetarian or kosher menu, because my parents are kosher, although they will eat pastas and fish at a restaurant. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!!

    It is about 15 minutes away, but maybe check out the restaurant in the Hampton Inn in Fairfield?

    I am doing mine at Pal's Cabin in West Orange. They are keeping it Kosher and the pricing is $30pp for a seated dinner with soup/salad, choice of entree, dessert and wine + beer.

    highlawn will work but its on the pricey side.

    the manor, which is very nice and a bit cheaper than highlawn, can probably do it but i'm not sure if there would be a minimum.

    there is a great little italian place in WO called Julio's on Northfield Avenue. My FI is jewish and his family goes there all the time (you could totally do an all veggie menu - not sure about kosher, but i do know that they cater to a lot of jewish people, so they may be able to). It is not too fancy but it is nice, not too pricey but not cheap. And the food is great! I'm italian and i love it! if you are not dead set on west orange, there are tons of restaurants in montclair, which is very nearby. check out montclaireats.com or just google montclair restaurants. also wondering where your reception is! keep us posted on what you decide.

    Thank you ladies! I will definitely check out your suggestions. My reception is actually in Morristown at the Morristown Museum. However, we are having a thing at my synagogue on Saturday so we'll be in West Orange. I will keep you posted on the decision!

    We did ours in South Orange at a place called Giorgio's, the food was excellent and we had a beautiful private room if you wanted to check out South Orange at all, it was about 6 miles from west orange.

    also try restaurant passione in montclair, i think they do kosher

    My cousin had her rehearsal dinner at Primavera in the Wilshire Grand in West Orange a few years back and it was excellent.
