I was wondering if any brides or future brides-to-be would be willing to share about how much they spent for flowers. I had my first consultation with a florist today and was a littlefloored by how much it adds up.

    The price depends on a number of factors such as how many bouquets, bouts, etc you need.  In addition, what kind of flowers you would like to use.

    It also depends what area of the country you live in.  You might try the local board for your area if you haven't already.  To give you a general idea, most wedding calculators estimate you will spend around 10% of your total wedding budget for flowers.  But that of course is just a general guideline--it can be much more or less depending on how much floral decor you plan to have.
