    Look for a seamstress. Usually anyone who does alterations might be able to do it or anyone who makes clothes on the side. Wedding dress are difficult, but I don't know what you are looking for. I don't have information of anyone in your area. Hope that helps.

    I am actually looking for people in Pakistan because I dont think anyone in the States can make a bridal dress it just requires a lot of different resources that are hard and expensive to obtain here.
