First world problem

My brother asked for gift ideas for the kids.  They could use bath toys so I sent a link for some ideas.  Each one is in the $7-10 range.  My brother wrote back complaining it wasn't enough.

I told him to put anything else towards the orphanage he goes to.

he could buy them each 2 and a bunch of the crappy 'foamy soap' that kids love and, wallah, $30 worth of Christmas.

It's probably better than 'zomgs, she wants $300000 worth of toys' problem :)

In my family, we always gave small toys to the kids (who were usually getting spoiled out of their minds by their grandparents anyway) and then a savings bond. I never noticed the difference when I was little, and now that I'm older, I really appreciate those bonds :)
