From the 6 week challenge put on by my bootcamp instructor, I lost:
12.6 pounds,
2.8 percent body fat,
Half inch from each bicep,
2 inches from shoulders,
1.75 inches from chest,
3.75 inches from waist,
1.75 inches from hips,
1 and 1.25 inches from thighs,
.25 inches each calf
With only 6 pounds left to my overall goal!!
