Bridesmaid Dresses

I think I found my bridesmaid dresses. They are from Nordstrom, so they don't require any alterations. They are about $150, and I am wondering if that's too much to ask of my girls. What are your opinions?

For me, I would be fine paying $150 if no alterations are needed. The last wedding I was in my dress was $130, but then I had $70 worth of alterations, so $150 with none needed sounds great to me.

What do the dresses look like?

I don't think that's too much to ask for because there are no alterations & if the dresses are from Nordstrom, it's likely that they're elegant dresses so your BMs would probably rewear it after the wedding & get more than 1 use out of it. Also, I checked out David's (probably the cheapest BM dresses I found) & many were $100 for the most plain dress. To jazz it up you'd probably have to add a sash, underskirt, flower or something to it & that would take you to $150 pretty quickly.
