instead of doing like bubbles or throwing rice or releasing butterflies... I found this on etsy that I really liked. I went to michaels today to see if I could recreate it!... and yeey I could!
wooden dowels $3 for 20
bells $3 for 64
ribbon...2$
hearts 25 for $3
gold paint $4

I will need more of the dowels, ribbon and hearts...
but I am thrilled.

I think yours came out better than the one on Etsy! Now is this for your exit from the ceremony or the reception? I'm not sure where it would be used but I love the idea!
