Anthony's Fine Dining (Buckhead)

Did anyone choose Anythony's in Buckhead as their wedding venue (or attend a ceremony there)? If yes, please provide any details you recall on your experience there. Thanks!

Anthony's was the first place I looked after I got engaged. I went on a tour and it was just Ok.. It was in my budget at the time and I think that was the biggest draw. We ended up going with the garden at The Intercoontinental Hotel Buckhead. I really wanted an outdoor wedding and Anthony's had a nice courtyard, but for us it was missing something. They pretty much do weddings full time. I liked the ppl tho. I would have considered doing the rehearsal dinner there if my MIL would have let me. If you like Anthony's, I would say you could do a lot worse.. In the end, we ended up spending twice what Anthony's quoted us anyway..

Definitely an option ... looking at a winter wedding so outdoors isn't really an option (even in Atlanta). It will be very small, so I think Anthony's is perfect - just wanted to see if anyone else has worked with them. You may remember that they don't charge a venue fee and only charge for food, drinks and about $7 per person (chair). That's the main draw for me.

If your wedding is small, then Anthony's might work.. One thing to remember tho is plenty of places don't charge venue fees. I learned this last summer during my initial planning stages. The Intercontinental doesn't have a site fee. If you like Anthony's go for it, but don't choose it based solely on the lack of site fee..Also, if you use their chair covers, make sure they are clean. The ones they showed me looked a bit dingy..

I didn't know that!!! The Intercontinental in Buckhead? Can you tell me of a few other places that don't charge for the venue? With something so small I don't want to spend extra money just to use the venue. Thanks a ton!!!
