Opinions Please?

So I just wrote this post about not being able to find shoes that fit. I have these three that I'm looking at now as options. I would like TOMS, I know they aren't everyone's idea of "wedding shoes" but I do love them... Some details you might want to know before you take the poll... I have an ivory all over lace dress with a blingy belt, sweetheart neckline. Burlap and lace play a big part in the decor with navy and yellow as the colors. Ok so rustic feel. It's in a barn on a horse farm... so walking outside is the reason for the wedges... Here's the 3 photos...

Option One - Burlap Wedges

Option 2 -Natural Colored Burlap Strappy Wedges

Option 3 - Ivory Linen Strappy Wedges

Ok Now for the poll... haha

  • I really think they are all cute, but the strappy ones seem a little more dressy. I think these will look great in the wedding you describe. Good luck!

  • I actually like option 1 because if you're going with the rustic theme, I'd go all the way which is how I see option 1. Also since your dress is so long, I don't think you'll be able to see the shoes anyway, right? But it might be fun for photo shoots. Kinda reminds me of rustic brides wearing cowboy boots.
  • I really think you could pull off any of the 3.  I was just at a wedding where the entire party wore running shoes with their suits/dresses.  All formal, and then fun running shoes.  You can really pull off anything!

  • I like all of them, so to be honest, I'd pick the one you think you'd be most likely to wear again! The strappy could be nice for all summer (get them broken in) or the first, more closed ones could be nice to wear all through the fall (if you're wanting to let them debut at the wedding)

  • I like the toms the best, it seems like it would be more your "theme" shoe, but go with whatever you feel more comfortable with, I think they are all a good choice.  I am also using Burlap and having mine in a barn but I am wearing my cowboy boots : )

  • I love option 1 the best. I just think those look the best. And I think they'd match just about anything-- long after the wedding.
  • Thanks for all the opinions everyone... I'm so indecisive!!! And for anyone who was wondering.. all 3 pairs are TOMS, the strappy ones are a new style the released for the summer!

  • (Oops, forgot to add.  Have you tried them all on? Definitely try them on and make sure they're comfy!)
  • I really like the second pair! I think they seem like a nice mix of the two others, if that makes sense? And I agree with a PP, in most long dresses you won't really see the shoes so wear what you're most comfortable in. And I'm another unconventional shoe wearer- mine are going to be silver glitter Converse-type sneakers. I don't do heels and I feel like no one will see them anyway- might as well be comfortable!

  • I considered the same options and I ordered option 2. I think that the strappy ones are more wearable than option 1 and the tan is going to show less dirt than the ivory.

  • VNEluvs thanks! Makes me feel a little better I'm not the only bride without super fancy shoes! The burlap strappy ones are what I am leaning toward... I was surprised to see that they are losing the poll big time!!!
