What are your feelings on porn?

It personally does nothing for me.

In regards to FI looking at it? I don't like it. I'm very traditional/conservative when it comes to things like this. It would very hurtful if I found out he was looking at it. If I walked in on him looking at a naked woman that was sitting on our bed, that is the same (to me) as cheating. Why would a naked woman on the computer screen be any different?

I have nothing against it, but I can't take it seriously. Every time I've tried watching porn it comes off as more comedic than arousing. Erotic fiction is more my preference...I am NOT a fan of Fifty Shades of Grey, though!

FI isn't into Porn either but I'd prefer that if he wants to try it, we try it together. Watching it in secret w/o me and trying to keep it from me brings in the "cheating" feeling for me. FI reads a lot of online erotic fiction but again, I know about it and he'll read it while I'm knotting so I'm okay with it.

Solve all potential problems: create your own. It's much more fun, liberating, eliminates feelings of "cheating", and eliminates trust issues arising from "sneaking around". I have no problem with him watching erotica- so long as it's me. It sounds vain, but the alternative feels very disrespectful.

I don't really care overall. I'm not a fan personally and FI doesn't really look at it. I would have a problem if he was looking at it every day or choosing to look at porn instead of be with me. I'm not going to get upset though if he looks at it on occasion though.

FI used to watch porn but doesn't anymore. I don't care for it. Like PP I just find it sort of comical. I'm the one who is making comments the whole time about how the girl is so faking those noises because there's no way its so good it just makes you whine for more.

Totally agree with all of this. I have never seen porn, have no interest in seeing it, would not like it if FI was at all involved in it. He has watched it before I know but does not anymore. We have talked about it, and he understands my viewpoint on it and why that is hurtful to me.

I don't care either way. I know FI prefers me, but if I'm not in the mood then I don't care if he watches/reads/whatever. I trust him whole heartedly. As far as for me, I again could take it or leave it.

We don't watch it now but I wouldn't be against watching it together. We haven't really talked about it and I am pretty sure FI doesn't watch it on his own.

As far as me, its not my thing. And him? I know he has, even since we've been together, but I also know that it doesn't have anything to do with me. I don't love it, but I'm not going to get all upset and controlling about it.

It doesn't bother me at all. He is more interested than I am. I know it is a very sensitive subject for some, but I'm not offended by it.

I'm with Alisha, I don't mind if he watches and occasionally we watch together to change things up a bit. I will total agree that a lot of it is rather comical, but it can be enjoyable.

FI loves porn, he gives it up every year for Lent haha! He doesn't watch it nearly as much as he used to before we were together and in the beginning of our relationship, though. We're fine with it; I watch it alone, he watches it alone, and we watch it together. It's no different than any other movie to me-- it's acting, it's fake, it's entertaining to watch.

It doesn't really bother me. I don't watch it myself, but he wants to that's okay with me. As long as it's not every day or starting to cause issue in our relationship, it' sno big deal.

Doesnt bother me at all. FI watches occasionally as do I. At the beginning of our relationship he used to watch it a lot more and I was upset by it. But now, it's not a big deal. Sometimes we even watch it together. As long as it doesn't interfere with our sex life, it's not a big deal in my opinion.

FI and I think it's amusing. It doesn't really do anything for me, I'm more distracted by the obnoxious noises they make, but it's fun to watch. FI is turned on by it but doesn't really feel right watching it unless I'm there to help him finish it :P I could care less if he likes it. In fact, I don't care if he goes out to a strip club and such...he knows that as long as I have his heart, I'm satisfied. Porn is temporary, love is forever...haha!

I actually read an article a while ago about the affects of porn on male sex drive. By looking at porn excessively they actually make it harder to become aroused in real life. I found that interesting. I really don't care. All men look at porn at least once in while. It's no big deal, if it was all the time that's when it becomes a problem. It's no different then me having toys and thinking about Channing Tatum.

FI doesn't watch it at all, but I wouldn't mind if he did, as long as it wasn't to excessive amounts or instead of me (my ex was good at that). I watch it on occasion, but only with the sound muted because that's the only way I don't end up just laughing.

I've brought up the idea of watching it together before because I think it can give you really good ideas for new stuff to try. And considering FI was a virgin before we got together (hey, you guys said TMI..) honestly I think he could use a little idea help.

i am very against it. I feel like PP that it is kind of cheating bc the person finishes with their hand no thier fiance. If your fiance has a MUCH higher sex drive than you and you just can't keep up that is the only way I am for it. TMI more is that I read all three 50 shades books and got ideas and when I tried to do some of them with fiance he just looked at me funny and made me feel uncomfortable

so making my own "porn" is apparently not an option. (he is ALOT less experienced that I am so everything is new and foreign to him) I guess i have many years to get him to open up :-P

I have no issue with it. We both watch it...sometimes alone and sometimes together. It's not an everyday thing but I definitely have no objections to it.
