How many Programs?

I think we are going to expect around 115 guests...How many programs will I need for the church?

I already know of at least 5 guests that can't make the church but are coming to the reception. and then I know that we don't really need one for like, my 16 yr old cousin.

I was thinking 75...is that too few?

    I made 100 programs for my 174 guest list and we had approx 30-40 left over.  I would say 75 is plenty, maybe only 50.  Not each person will take one, but I'd make at least 1 per couple/group.

    I think I ordered 125 for our 190 guests.  We definitely had some extra but not many.

    I know a lot of my guests won't come to the church portion so I only ended up doing 50 programs.

    Interesting! I had 120 guests but only had like 10 left over. We had our GM hand them out... are you? That can make a difference! I think you need at least one for every couple, and one for every single person, plus 10%. That's a pretty safe number.

    We only had them in 2 baskets in front of the pews, I think that has a lot to do with it.  If you are having them handed out, you'll need more.

    Oh I didn't think about this. I was going ot ask my brothers gf to hand them out...So maybe I do need one per person.

    I have no idea how to estimate how many ppl will come to the chapel vs. coming to the reception so I'll just guesstimate.
