Okay, I just saw this in the Washington Post, and got so nostalgic! Anyone else big fans of the books growing up? I don't think I'll read these "modernized" rereleases, but it's making me want to find my old books and read them again!

    OMG! I was so in love with BSC growing up!!! I had a lot of the books and a few of the the movies!! You're right it almost makes me want to dig out some of my old books, I think I do still have them tucked away in a box at my parent's house! I also won't read the "modernized" books, probably would be sadly disappointed if I did, they probably would not be the same!
