ceremony and reception sites.

i am having a really hard time finding a ceremony and reception site because i am on such a tight budget. i dont know what to do and people have suggested having it at someones house but my house is not big enough and i dont have any family to ask. i live in harford county maryland and i am looking for something outdoors and preferably beach themed or waterfront.

Have you asked on your local board? They will be able to make more specific recommendations for you.
Otherwise, I would try looking into places run by the park service. They tend to be much less spendy and are often very hands off, meaning that you can pick all of your own vendors (which saves a ton of money).

You should try the Vandiver Inn in Havre De Grace.   They have great prices for their packages.  You can get married outside and they can take you to the boardwalk or lighthouse for pictures.  Its only a couple minute drive.

Swan Harbor Farms or Top of the Bay.  They both have water views and the ceremony can take place outside.  Swan Harbor has a tented patio that can hold your reception while Top of the Bay has a nice reception room with large windows that look out over the water.  Not too sure of prices but both are located in Harford County.

<div>Definitely look into the Vandiver. We are getting married there in the spring and the planning process so far, with the venue, has been amazing. Also there are a ton of absolutely raving reviews of the Inn on wedding wire.</div><div>

I looked into the vandiver inn and lOVED it...we ended up not being able to go out that way for traveling issues for family members. Its a great site with awesome packages. There is also Swan harbor someone mentioned and ive been to a wedding there that was fabulous!

There is also Celebrations at the Bay that i would have loved to do but out of my price range. It was gorgeous tho and they use uptown catering which ive heard good things about
