In the space of the past 3 hours our coordinator is not longer coming and 4 people called and cancelled that we'll be paying for their plates anyway. On top of which completely Fs up our seating plan and I have no idea how to fix it.

This. Sucks.

Deeeeeep breath. Everything will be just fine. You have been planning everything to a "T", let others take over on the day...but let them now. I would be very upset about the coordinator though, I would want my money back. BUT everything will be just fine.

I would get your money back from the coordinator back.. but worry about that after the wedding.

Four days before the wedding, I felt the exact same way. I was in tears over some people canceling and others RSVPing "yes" when they'd previously declined. Now that my wedding is over, I can tell you with absolute certainty that everything will be fine.

Not to worry though. You, your FI, your WP, family and friends will be able to make it all work and you will be able to come back to tell us how wonderful your wedding was!
