Hey Ladies!

I started the new gig

and I can log into TK. I'm really loving the job, the people and everything about it. I get to ride the train to work which puts more money back in my pocket instead of in my car through gas, oil changes, and maintenance.

What's going on around these parts?

Any of my Sorors going to be in DC for Founder's Weekend? I'm so excited I decided last minute to fly up (yay for the hubby working for the airlines and free flights

. My son is in DC now spending time with his dad, so I'm going back up Sat to pick him up and them going back next weekend as well. I'm going through DC withdrawal

Anyway, I'll check back in later.

Girl I will see you in teh District for Founder's Day. You know it is just a prelude to this summer. Glad you got a new job girl. That is a blessing. As I prepare for my transition from Maryland to Atlanta. I am in the process of working on my resume to make that leap. I have 6 months to make it happen so you are my motivation. I am literally motivated by you and the good news about your job.

Hey sissy...How are you and the new married life ? So happy for you on the new job ! I was going to page you. As Im going to be moving to the ATL area I need some beauty/nail shops to look into for a job. Can you give me some locations to check into. Ill be moving down after the wedding but want to get a jump start on talking to some folks.

Thanks Ladies!

Married life is great! We've had a few bumps, but I think that comes with any learning curve of change. Primarily parenting roadblocks since my son's father is really trying to participate now, the hubster is acting funky, but I can't deny the 6 yr old what he asked for. KWIM? Ranyatta, I would trade places with you in a heartbeat. I honestly feel I am a DC girl at heart just my body is in Atlanta. I would have been in the District for 3 wknds in a row this month alone.....hadn't done that in a long time. Yes, Founders weekend is going to be it! I'm upset I can't be there sooner, because Alpha Chapter is having a mixer for our Chapter Centennial on Thursday night. About 200 AC sorors will be in the place
