speeches, what's the order?

Hi everyone,  I need help with the order of our bridal party speeches.  We have 2 best men, a matron of honor and my father may want to give a speech.  What is the order?
and when do you usually start the speeches?

    Parent should go first as they are in a way the host. 
    It is a good welcoming to everyone. 
    Then it is up to you. doesn't really make a difference if guys go first or your moh. 
    since you have 2 bm - why dont you have 1 bm, moh, 2 bm.
