Accountability- Sunday!

Hi ladies!! How was yesterday?! For breakfast my fiancé dragged me to a diner so I tried to behave. I had wheat toast and egg white scrambled eggs. The hashbrowns were hard to ignore but I didn't eat them all! For lunch I had an avacado sandwich on wheat (yum) and I snuck in some dill pickle popcorn. We got the day started fairly late so my "lunch" was more like dinner. That about wraps it up for me! It's supposed to be nice today so I'm thinking a bike ride on the levee is in store for me and the FI. Have a great Sunday!!

  • The weather was amazing here yesterday so FH and I went for a 15 mile bike ride. It was broken up into several parts and we stopped for brunch in the middle! 

    My food choices weren't the best but I stayed below my target calories for an exercise day. We went to one of FH's friend's house after dinner and I had two wine coolers. I hadn't had one of those in years, it was a major high school flashback!

  • yesterday we ended up not going to the gym. but 5/7 for the week is alright i guess. i had oatmeal for breakfast, soup for lunch, but then we went out for dinner for a friend's birthday. it was nice though because i rarely see my friends anymore and we got to talk for a while. i ate half a vegetarian burrito, which is probably fine, but then i ate a ton of tortilla chips and had 2 beers. :/

    i'm hoping to spend a long time at the gym today with Dan. on sundays i usually lift with him, so it's atleast more fun :)

  • I did really well aside from dinner.  A friend and I went to Chili's and they basically have zero healthy food aside from salads, which I of course, did not order.  I did go to the gym though so I don't feel to terrible about it.

  • For breakfast I had cereal, lunch was leftover "fit mac" and for dinner Fiance made fish stew w/10 grain bread. I also had a couple snacks... granola bars.

  • FI and I actually just got back from our workout. I ran/fast walked for a little over a mile. Did some great leg workouts, 30 sit ups, and 10 pushups. I know this isn't really good, but its pushing myself right now and I guess you gotta start somewhere. It's just really frustrating because 5 years ago or so I used to be able to do SO much more without all this exertion. =/ Oh well.
  • I did good yesterday.. I didnt eat that much and I did zumba so good day... today not good b.c I went to a bridal showcase
