Details having a bar at a wedding?

Hi Everyone!!! :)

We've been planning the perfect wedding but are unable to decide a location (read COUNTRY). He's from Denmark where tradition is to have an all night celebration (of drinking) but my state (Washington) has a 2am 'last call' on liquor. Does the 2am rule apply to private functions, etc?

    At my sister's wedding, the bar shut down at 2am.  The bartenders brought all the alcohol that my parents had paid for to another part of the venue (we had the whole place for the night) and left some glasses.  People stayed drinking and pouring their own beverages until god knows when.
