So I saw Soon2Bsand's post about programs -- and I thought about mine too..
In our ceremony I do not plan to have a bunch readings and such. My idea would be:
1. Mom walks in in ( His grandmother is the role of his mothe rbut she isnt walking in)
2. Minister
3. Groom
4. Bridal party
5. flower girl
6. ME
Welcome/ be seated by the pastor...
The Pastor will say a couple words from her script..
We do the sand ceremony or exchange rings, whichever comes first
Vows - I do--- You do
Now I pronounce you Hubby and Wifey
Jump the broom
Is that not enough stuff? Do we need to have a bunch of readings and such? I know I can do whatever I want, but I want our opinion. I am a Christian but, number one I don't have someone to do those readings and number two I don't think I want to stand there while these readings are going on...
So I was thinking of making the program with the bridal party listed and then on the one side have the Nikki Giovanni poem on the other side.
Will that be too quick? I need some help... I don't want it to drag on but I don't want it to just be 10 minutes?
Help me!
