NWR: Grilled cheese/panini's

DH and I planning on using our panini maker for the first time tonight. What are your favorite things to put on a grilled cheese?

I'm a big fan of ham and cheddar. Turkey, mozzerella, and pesto is really good too. Or just bacon and cheddar.

My new fave is ham and shredded cheddar on a bagel. But I don't grill it, I bake it in the oven. Yum!

I'm a big fan of Panera's tomato mozzerella panini ... I think it's just a little tomato sauce, tomato slices, mozerella cheese and fresh basil.

Grilled cheese is also great with oregano or dried garlic. Gives extra flavor.

We made something similar to that with the leftover dip from the Super Bowl party. They were goooooooood.

they were very good but I need to work out rolling out the bread. it didn't roll out as easily as I thought it would. DH still loved them though.
