Help with reception locations in Naples/Fort Myers area

Hi Everyone,

We recently got engaged (about 2 weeks ago) and are starting to plan our wedding.  We would like something small and intimate (approx 50 people).  We are paying for the wedding ourselves and would like to keep it small but nice for our guests.  Does anyone have any suggestions for wedding receptions that is reasonable but nice?  I have called a few places and one place was really nice and included a lot of things in their package but it was about $210 per person.

    I live down there and I have zero ideas. Every place I know of is super expensive like you said.

    No idea on what the pricing is for this place, but I went to a wedding here and loved it!

    Hi - Congrats on your engagement!
     I am local to this area and recently booked our site for the ceremony and reception.  I searched high and low and so many different options before settling.   There are so many wonderful choices and the prices are all over the board.  

    Do you have a preference in the type of site (historic home, hotel, country club, beach, garden)?  Do you have a preference in Ft. Myers vs. Naples?  

     The White Orchid Oasis is a beautiful site!  We just booked out site for the ceremony and reception at The Strand in Naples.  I found plenty of places for far less than $210 pp.  They are out there.

    You should look into The Burroughs Home, you get to pick a caterer from their list of vendors who vary in price. Also, Naples Bay Resort is beautiful and perfect for a smaller wedding!

    The White Orchid and Burroughs Home are both great places for a wedding!
