16 day countdown!!

well... i'm getting into the 2 week countdown & ive been really busy. ive been working & trying to finish up all my diy details; plus since my wedding is at my parents house ive been driving out there a couple times a week (1hr 1way). needless to say i haven't been able to keep up my workout routine & my eating hasn't been as clean as id like it to be. ive put on some weight (i can feel it in my clothes) mainly in the "love handle" area. i don't want to stress about it because i know that will just make things worse but in the back of my head i know i need to do something.

any advice?

  • I would treat it as if you were a kid again. If you dont get a workout in then you can not go to your parents, do other wedding things, or etc. This has worked for me - mind set (workout atleast 30 minutes/take a walk; atleast it would be something). Working out should dis-stress you as well. Eat fruit as well. Those help for energy too. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!   

  • That's great advice thanks! I think if i think of it that way it will definitely push me to stay on my workout because I know I will have to take care of it in order to take care of everything else!  Laughing
