well... i'm getting into the 2 week countdown & ive been really busy. ive been working & trying to finish up all my diy details; plus since my wedding is at my parents house ive been driving out there a couple times a week (1hr 1way). needless to say i haven't been able to keep up my workout routine & my eating hasn't been as clean as id like it to be. ive put on some weight (i can feel it in my clothes) mainly in the "love handle" area. i don't want to stress about it because i know that will just make things worse but in the back of my head i know i need to do something.
any advice?
