We originally signed our venue contract in agust that stated we had to spend minimum $1500 and gave the space from 630-930. Since then the person we were dealing with has left. The new person sent us the final contract last night with a $1500 limit and the space from 6-8. Where'd my extra hour go? I emailed her our orginal contract and asked her to revise what she sent me. She can't go back on our original contract right? It doesn't say anything in it that they can change the amount or our time at their discretion.
Re: they cant go back on this right?
[QUOTE]I wouldn't think so. As long as the original contract was signed by the other person then I would think they would need to honor the contract. Keep us posted.

</div><div>I would think that as long as you have confirmation that she received it and didn't make any adjustments to the contract, then they still need to honor it.</div>
