Changes

I saw the changes made to The Nest and it was awful. Basically nobody is there anymore. I thought I saw somebody on this board saying that TK will also go through changes soon? I sure hope it's not going to be awful too.

I am never on The Nest. What changes did they make?

They changed the format, background colors, messed up with some of the posters' post counts, posts kept disappearing, it became extremely slow, and now posters are not able to DD their OP or even their pictures (once they post a picture, they cannot remove it).

That's all I know though along with several smaller details. I'm not over there often, just like to lurk around under buying a home, money matters, and married life.

Well with the issues we've already been having over here with TK eating posts I wouldn't be suprised if they're going to start incorporating the same changes.

As for the FB group I don't get why there's so much beef between here and there. I'm mostly on the FB page because it's easier when I'm at work, and when I'm at home I come on here when I can, and between the both I've gotten the same responses and reaction to different posts I've made. Nothing different really at all. There are some girls that are tacky but I just ignore them the same as I do here because they'll never listen to reason anyways. And weve had some big posts on the FB page too.

This group could always migrate to another forum site. When I was pregnant with my younger daughter I was in a group on a fertitlity site with all moms due the same month as me. Some crazy stuff started happening on the forums so we all left and moved to another site. It took a little getting used to but for the most part it was great. I like how I can view posts here better than on facebook but I post over there a little bit too.
