Budget Outdoor Ceremony HELP!

So we have a large number of guests...around 240 (but 30 are children). We have our wedding booked for Oct 8th at a venue, but may have to change it due to venue renovations. We have already sent save the dates for the date and also can't lessen the guest list because of this. I need help with a back up plan venue for a ceremony on the water that is decently priced. We are trying to keep our reception at 13,000. Any suggestions from any brides in MD? We are from Harford county but are willing to go an hour away! Thanks in advance!

Kurtz Beach may - though I saw their ballroom set up for 250 people and the tables were a very tight fit. Plus it appeared that they didn't have enough regular chairs for that many people and so they used white plastic lawn chairs instead. Also, I don't know if you want a seated dinner, but they only do buffets.
